When is the CA 7 userid defined to iDash used?

Issue/Introduction

We had an issue this morning where our idash User ID was revoked by our RACF team. They state it had not been used in 90 days and was automatically revoked. I don't understand how this is possible. When is this id used? I was under the impression it used this id to connect to CA7?

Resolution

The userid is only used at certain times. It is no used constantly or often. 

It is used:

- when iDash start up
- when someone click the TEST key in the admin tool
- when someone click the SEED data request 
- If it get an event from CA7IDASH task that the SSCAN values have changed
