Is there a limit in number of lines that we can add in the list of locations in location awareness policy ?

Release : 14

Component : DESKTOP AND SERVER MANAGEMENT

Resolution

There is no official limit. But performance problems could be seen when number of location rules exceed about 1000.

Problems seen are : performance problem, crash of process, configuration policies not applied etc....
 

So it is advised to not exceed 1000 rows in location awareness table.
Sometimes we could reduce the number of rules in location awareness table by using script.
