Issue/Introduction

CEMETOM is up, but CEMUI not coming up.

CEMETOM is getting failure
SEVERE: Failed to initialize connector [Connector[HTTP/1.1-8080]]
 org.apache.catalina.LifecycleException: Failed to initialize component [Connector[HTTP/1.1-8080]]

Environment

Release : 6.0

Component : CA COMPLIANCE EVENT MANAGER

Resolution

Ensure that the port 8080 is available for use.

Find out what ports are in use by issuing TSO command 'NETSTAT PORTLIST'.

Change port to one that is available.
