Issue/Introduction

Attempting to upgrade the OPMS from 8.7.0.7 to 10.3.0.11

Tried upgrading another OPMS - GUI says install failed - install log (attached) shows no errors

Cause

Installer software issues.

Resolution

1) Uninstalled OPMS and upgrade to the current OPMS installer version.
2) Removed files in /var/lib/docker to get past docker errors
3) rebuilt file system according to https://www.pimwiddershoven.nl/entry/docker-on-centos-7-machine-with-xfs-filesystem-can-cause-trouble-when-d-type-is-not-supported
