Client Automation - Heuristic Software not created by engine. Errro is failed to save release for product

Issue/Introduction

In Engine logs some errors like "cCollectSoftwareDetected::FindApplication ... failed to save release for product" appear. And heuristic software is not created

Example :

Open a case at CA Broadcom Technical Support requesting the fix :
