Issue/Introduction

Once a hard book has been set by the resource manager for a resource, does the project manager have to accept it?

Environment

Release : All Supported Releases

Component : CA PPM SAAS PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Resolution

• No, if the Resource Manager has booked the resource as hard, then the Project Manager doesn’t have to accept.
• It is recommended the project manager check for any allocation or date changes needed, and if yes, then the booking status changes to mixed and the Resource Manager would approve the changes by changing the status back to Hard.
