Recalc of SLA-SLO does not update SLO data

One of my SLOs does not show the current-correct status after recalculating the SLA and choosing Create historic data. The status remains unknown (?) despite the recalculation and presence of QOS data and the source and target chosen does not remain/persist when the Edit button is selected again. Also too many extraneous/duplicate host entries persist in the display which makes it much more difficult to make a desired/accurate selection.

Nov 1 - Dec 1 report does not run in my opinion because of some anomaly which we have seen in the switch from Daylight Savings Time to Standard Time. We have seen this with Oracle and the only way around it is to delete the bad data, e.g., a few hours worth. A DBA would know what to do and how to do it. That's most likely why the report ran fine from Dec 1-Dec 15th. We have seen this behavior in our own labs.

a) time/date/timezone for the UMP, UIM Server, and database server hosting the UIM database must all be the same

b) SLA compliance periods must have a timezone set
