What do the values of the Project Velocity header '0 of 15 (5)'on the Release Planning page indicate?

Environment

Release : SAAS

Component : AGILE CENTRAL

Resolution

Customers may think the display is incorrect as the values or calculations may appear to be nonintuitive.

- the zero is an indication of the preliminary estimate in points for the feature(s) in the release
- the 15 is the sum (roll up) of the planned velocity in release 'Fall 2019' for the project/team in scope and its' children
- the (5) is the the planned velocity of ONLY the children projects' releases for 'Fall 2019'

Clicking on the header bar will allow the user to see more details and edit the planned velocity for the project in scope.
