The TLMS scratch pool is rejecting output volumes.

Resolution
It looks to be a valid reject of the volume. Volser 001111 is not part of the TLMS sub-pool for this dataset. The mount is being processed by the StorageTek ELS.
The incorrect volser being mounted has been fixed via STK PTF:
StorageTek ELS software version 7.3.0, PTF L1H18V7.
