Unable to view AD Group Members from Identity Manager User Console

Issue/Introduction

Attempting to use the View Endpoint Group task to view the members of Active Directory (AD) groups results in a Java NullPointerException.

Environment

Release : 14.x
Component : Identity Manager

Resolution

Workaround for this issue is to use the View Endpoint Groups task with AD groups by

1. Export the IME Roles XML
2. Find the "ActiveDirectoryGroupMembers" tab for the "View Active Directory Group" task and add the additional property which already existed for the working "Modify Active Directory Group"
              <Property name="MultiSearchScreen">1</Property>
3. Import the updated/fixed IME Roles XML

 

Fix for this issue is added in the next Cumulative Patch (CP).
