Automic Release Automation page stopped loading

Issue/Introduction

After successful login to Automic URL, Release Automation page is not loading successfully. It has been accessible for a while but now the Release Automation page is empty.

Environment

ARA v12.3
Tomcat v9.0

 

Cause

Customer.config and connection.properties needs to have the same information. If one points at the IP Address of the ARA server, the other should not use the host name of the ARA Server.

Resolution

Use the FQDN for the customer.config and connection.properties file URLs.
