Time out of RC / Update plan RCUUPL20

Issue/Introduction

It was noticed that one of the users using the “ RC Update “ in Browse mode, 
to browse a table  was holding a lock that caused customer transactions to timeout
The plan is RCUUPL20     
The question is, this plan is bound with Isolcation CS, can it be changed to Isolation UR ?
Or is there any other solution to avoid this timeout ?

Then

there is an option in there
RC/Browse isolation level........> UR (CS or UR)
