Same ASM custom report reporting different metrics

Issue/Introduction

Custom monthly availability report received today.

 

In the message body snippet below and the custom report (not shown), there are the monthly availability metrics for the period Jan 01 until Jan 31.

The Checks and errors have different counts in each table.

Environment

ASM 10.1

Cause

Cassandra outage resulted in the loss of data.

Resolution

Awaiting Cassandra Database update and verification. The correct metrics should then appear.
