Clarity Portlet Results Incorrect

A portlet in Clarity is not returning expected results

First, determine what the data provider the portlet is based on.

  1. Click Configure - General
  2. Review the specific ID of the portlet
  3. Go to Administration - Portlets
  4. Browse for the specific portlet ID
  5. Open and review the General tab to see if it is a  "Query" or "Object"

If this is a custom query, then the developer of the custom query will need to review.

If this is an OOTB data provider then this is something that can be raised as support ticket with Support.
