Steps to apply TDoD Service patch:
1. Go to C:\Grid-Tools\TDoD\TDoD_Services and take backup of the original folder
2. Extract the zip file in C:\Grid-Tools\TDoD\TDoD_Services. It should overwrite the existing files with the new files
