How to prevent to set a particular status for a workflow tasks if the change Risk is not set?

Issue/Introduction

Using a workflow task for change orders, how can I stop a user to set the status to a "approved" if the risk of the change order is still not set.

Environment

Release : 17.X
Component : SERVICE DESK MANAGER

Resolution

If the field is in the change order or simply not within the wofkflow object, it can be defined in a a data partition to tha table "workflow_task", using the restriction type "Update" and with the restriction "chg.risk is not null", this will prevent that the workflow task is updated to a different status fi the field risk is not set in the Change order.
