apmservices-gateway. Crash Loop Back-off

Issue/Introduction

We found that the route apmservices-gateway-ngtas.<domain> not working. (Application is not available)
We checked apmservices-gateway log and found the following error:

Caused by: java.io.IOException: Failed to lock: ./data/DatabaseActiveLock

We restarted pod('scale down' and 'scale up'). After that apmservices-gateway POD is in 'Crash Loop Back-off' state.

Environment

Release : 1.3.2

Component : CA DOI AO PLATFORM COMPONENTS

Resolution

reboot server and restart DOI pods.

apmservices-gateway starts without errors.
