Issue/Introduction

Using View®/Deliver™ 4.0. Having issues accessing a report using OM Web Viewer 12.1.

Our usual access provisioning process is enabled on View® and Deliver™ part, the user doesn't have TSO segment but has RACF logon access. 

OM Web Viewer reports the below message

CAHASOK05  User not authorized to access Report "XXX1234X-XX1" Gen=9249 Seq=1

DRAS - STC reports

CAHAVOP02  No views found for Report "XXX1234X-XX1" Gen=9249 Seq=1

OM Web Viewer logs (USS directory) are not readable.

Environment

• View® 14.0
• Deliver™ 14.0
• DRAS 14.0
• IBM RACF
• Output Management Web Viewer 12.1

Resolution

The report where the user had the issue is a stacked report off a main report.
Access to the Main report enabled the user to get a full view of the reports.

Additional Information

In other words, the user needs to have access to the top level report of a stack, in order to be able to access any of the lower level reports. This is not an OM Web Viewer constraint, but a Deliver™ one.
