Issue/Introduction
We have an issue with IG connecting to the IM in our QA environment. We have followed the same process as we did for POC and DEV environment. This issue we have been facing only in QA. We are trying to create a connector for IM from IG and while testing the connection, the IG could not able to. However, connection is showing as successful from IM to IG.

Resolution
The issue was caused because the customer has directory mapping and the passwords were out of synch with the corp directory.
IG only takes into account the data in the corp directory.
Resetting the IMAdim password to be in sych solved the issue.
