Resolution

The Spectrum OneClick page allows you to install the Spectrum Data Publisher.  The DX NetOps Spectrum-DX OI Connector section is under the OneClick Home page (under the Install OI Connector option):

 

 

You can find the Install OI Connector option next to the Install JRE and Web Start Client option. When you click the Install OI Connector option, the page displays the relevant link to download the .jar file:
