B001E USER NOT FOUND in DMLO USDBCLST but user exists

Issue/Introduction

The DMLO batch profile processing program USDBCLST can sometimes issue the following message:

B001E USER NOT FOUND

But the user indicated does exist.

Component : CA DML/O

Cause

Misleading error message.

Resolution

The text of the B001E message can be misleading.
If the user currently has no CLISTs, and has never had any CLISTs since the DML/O database was last formatted, then this message will be issued.
The text should be something like USER HAS NO CLISTS.
