ACF2 z/OSMF IZUSVR1 fails to come up, CWWKB0117W: The IZUANG1 angel process is not available.

Issue/Introduction

After IBM PI91120/UI53168, IZUSVR1 failed to come up with msg:                                                         

CWWKB0117W: The IZUANG1 angel process is not available. No authorized services will be loaded. The reason code is 4,104.                              

Making  IZUSVR1 NON-CNCL circumvents the error and it came up and has been working fine.

What rules need to be coded to address the error so NON-CNCL can be removed?

Resolution

Adding a resource rule for Resource class SERVER, ACF2 TYPE(SRV), resource BBG.AUTHMOD.BBGZSAFM resolved the error. Sample RECKEY rule to add/update the rule follows.
