We have been receiving the following Oracle errors periodically causing the AutoSys server failure:
CAUAJM_E_18402 ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel
When we restart the Application Server, Scheduler and Agent Services, it continues to work fine until the next occurrence.
We run Oracle Database 18c Enterprise Edition Release 18.104.22.168.0
Release : 11.3.6 SP8
Component : CA Workload Automation AE (AutoSys)
