We have been receiving the following Oracle errors periodically causing the AutoSys server failure:
CAUAJM_E_18402 ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel
When we restart the Application Server, Scheduler and Agent Services, it continues to work fine until the next occurrence.
We run Oracle Database 18c Enterprise Edition Release 22.214.171.124.0
This was related to an Oracle issue

The "ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel" error is returned by Oracle.
The ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel error is a generic error.
ORA-03113 error when connecting suggests that the connection was established, but lost later, like a timeout.
There are many possible causes for the ORA-03113 error. It is a "catch-all" type error which means "I cannot communication with the Oracle shadow process."
This usually happens when the Oracle server process has died for some reason.
Test to see whether the server process is dead and whether a trace file was generated at failure time.
Also check for Network problems and troubleshoot SQL Net connectivity.
Use the "oerr" utility to get more details about the ORA-03113 error.
Oerr is an Oracle utility that extracts error messages with suggested actions from the standard Oracle message files.
