OWB Not Showing Correct Rates

Issue/Introduction

One the following symptoms may be observed:

1. Open Workbench is showing a rate of $1 for every resource instead of their correct rate.
2. No billing rate comes through in OWB, although that rate is present in the rate matrix, it is blank in OWB

Note: The Rate Matrix Extraction job is scheduled to run every 15 minutes, but the rates in OWB have not updated

Environment

Release : All Supported Releases

Component : CA PPM OPEN WORKBENCH (OWB)

Resolution

The Rate Matrix job needs to run to update the rates in OWB, but it needs to run with the first three options checked: 

•    Extract Cost and Rate Information for the Scheduler 
•    Prepare Rate Matrix Data 
•    Update Rate Matrix Data 

Once the job completes, Open Workbench will show the correct rates.
