Issue/Introduction

We have been having issues with the ASM OPMS Install. 


Issues:

1. EPEL Repository cannot connect

2. When prompted to login with ASM API credentials, it times out

3. Telnet to api.asm.ca.com times out even though the outbound to port 80 and 443 is open and server is placed in non-auth proxy group

Cause

Firewall blocking API host.

Environment

Release : SAAS

Component : CA Automation Point

Resolution

Open access to API host. CentOS rpms were already update to date. So just keep going with the install even though there is an error.
