We integrated APM 10.7 SP3 with AOPlatform 17.3. Integration seems to install and work fine.
We saw the transaction traces under the Business Transaction tab.
We had to recycle the AO services (stop/start AOPlatform services) and then we do not see Business Transaction tab on APM Team Center any more.
AO services are up and running (we checked with healthcheck command), and in EM log we do not see any error message related this issue.

Configuration steps to clear the APM product cache
To clear the product cache do the following steps:
1- Stop WebView and MOM Enterprise Manager processes
2- Delete the entire content [all files and directories] of <EM-Home>/work and <WV-Home>/work folders
3- Delete the entire content [all files and directories] of /configuration folder except file config.ini (DO NOT delete config.ini file)
4- Start MOM Enterprise Manager and WebView processes
Note: If Enterprise Manager and WebView are installed under same directory, then <EM-Home> and <WV-Home> are the same.
