Customer upgrading View from R12.2 to R14.0, and wants to know of any steps specific related to the View product. 

Resolution

Along with the steps involved in a typical mainframe product upgrade (proc updates, JCL updates, library assignment)...

View requires the below,

. CICS definitions will be modified to include the 14.0 library.
. Run of SARDBASE VERSION 14.0.
. Run of SARDBASE OLOAD, with the 14.0 panels.
. Run of SARDBASE BLOAD, with the 14.0 Banners.
