We currently have a TIM connected to network. In the CEM console, System > Event displays an alert message:
No data on network interface "eth4"
A tcpdump was created on the TIM server to see the traffic on interface 4, and we observed that there is HTTP and HTTPS traffic.
When we are trying to record transactions, nothing is being captured.

It turns out that at the level of interface configuration files (ifcfg-eth), the network card registers MAC address.
For some reason after the server restarts, this interface begins to show this error message.
We deleted the MAC address line and restarted the interface, and this corrected the error message.
