Do I need a new license in order to download SaaS Agents?
The customer would like to use AWS, Oracle Rac, OracleDB, F5LTM.

Environment

CA Application Performance Management SaaS.

Resolution

The Agents inside the blue box can be downloaded If the customer has an active Java license.
The Agents inside red box, must have another license to be used, contact our Customer Care for further information.
