Environment

Release : 18.1

Component : CA Endevor Software Change Manager

Resolution

Remove projects, then repository, then UI plugin from Eclipse.
Reinstall Endevor Web Services 18.1.2  (SMP/E installation only upgrade Mainframe Endevor to 18.0.12 plus, reinstall Web Services will bring Endevor Web Services to the same level).
Define repository from reworked webservices, then created a project.
