Environment

Release : 12.2

Component : CA NetMaster Network Management for TCP/IP

Cause

OMVS HOME directory is not available

Resolution

Possible causes:
1) The OMVS HOME directory, eg.  /u/netmstr, must be permanently mounted in the BPXPRM and available on the system where Netmaster is running.

2) The OMVS HOME directory, eg. /u/NETM, has not been defined

If neither of these applies, please contact support and supply the complete output from the Netmaster task.
