DUAS6: Alerting Rules not being triggered until node restart

Issue/Introduction

Alerting Rules were not launching the Associated Action ( email / script) until the node was restarted.

The trace 0,IOALM was enabled and the ALM engine seemed to detect the Alerts, but the script was not being launched.

A restart of the Node was necessary to fix the situation.

Cause

By design:
ALM engine executes the scripts in the alerting rules in a blocking mode, meaning that it will not launch another script until the current one has finished.

Resolution

Kill the Supervision script manually so that the ALM can process the folllowing one.
