Resolution

To execute the utility you can either

(1) Locate the "Wgncheck.exe" file in windows explorer and double click the file to execute.  It will automatically collect diagnostic data from the installation and produce a .zip file on the Windows desktop of the person executing the file.

The .zip file is in the format wgncheck<machinename><datetime>.zip for example:

Wgncheck_HKGWD1111_20200202_1640.zip

(2) Alternatively wgnecheck.exe can be executed from a command line (DOS prompt).

Using WgnCheck from the command prompt can provide further granularity to the output by customizing the output and collection parameters.  The following syntax provides further details on the command line parameters.
