Downloading PTF's and Hipers from the new Broadcom website

Issue/Introduction

How I can get hyper SO11540, since this is from the notification email I received.

 I would also like to know how I can download specific ptf's instead of an entire file.

 

Environment

Release : 14.0

Component : CA View/Deliver

Resolution

To download ptfs please logon to support.broadcom.com

• click on Mainframe Software
• paste ptf id on the min search boc and press enter. This will return knowledge documents and solutions
• select the solution
• click on add solution to cart
• click on cart
• click on checkout and choose how you prefer to download ptf.
