Issue/Introduction

I am trying to open a PDF that is an attachment to an asset. I am getting an error:

The application cannot retrieve this file for the following reason: Server was unable to process request. ---> Unable to find the storage descriptor; or the requested storage no longer exists.

If the file name has a plus sign (+) in it you will experience this problem. Rename the file without a plus sign and reattach it to the asset.
