On CA Top Secret Security r15, the following control option is accepted - 

SYSPLEX(TSSXCFTS01) 

On CA Top Secret Security r16, the preceding control is rejected with the following error message - 

TSS9738E Neither XCF_Group nor XES_Structure are provided .

Why is this?

GROUP name IS a required parameter if you want to connect to XCF, 

and STRUCTURE name is a required parameter if you want to connect to XES
