Is there any utility which can stop SLA Clock automatically for particular time duration (Like 4-5 hours) in CA Service Desk and it resumes once time duration gets over.

There is no utility in CA Service Desk which can be used to stop the SLA for a given duration and later it resumes once set time expires.
