CA PPM how to backup projects with Open Workbench

Environment

Release : 15.5

Component : CA PPM APPLICATION OWB

Resolution

Steps would be to save the one from Test environment in OWB onto you desktop or some place locally.

Then before you try to save it back to prod Save the prod one down as well.

They will have the same file names so save them in different places.

Then open the one from your test environment and then save it back to prod.

You may have to change the login information on the OWB file as it may try to log into test.
