How to uninstall Automation Engine

Issue/Introduction
When Automic Admin is attempting to uninstall/deinstall our Automic Automation Engine from Windows:
when the click "Next" nothing happens.
Environment
Release : 12.3
Cause
The Automic Automation Engine directory was moved to a different directory as displayed in Add/Remove Programs.
Resolution
Automic Admin moved the directory to the original location, then they were able to successfully remove the Automic Automation Engine through the Control Panel.
