Issue/Introduction

ServiceDesk  - 17.2 RU01 GER Error in macro sfDate

Reproduced also in 17.2 RU03 GER.

You can use the list_in.htmpl out of the box page to reproduce.

Steps to reproduce:

- Open the search filter where some of the dates are using  sfDate with QBE.Condition = LE

- Enter manually all the dates in the search filter, enter a date as i.e. 7.8.2019 (with 21.12.2019 is not reproduced, only reproduced when day is <=12).

- You will see that the dates having QBE.Condition = LE are incorrectly changed to 8.7.2019.
