Customer would like to know the implications of deleting the default ServiceDesk user as the same is been sought by their Audit team.

Please note Service Desk does not permit you to delete a user or any CI, it only allows you to mark the CI as inactive.
Please do not delete or mark inactive the 'ServiceDesk' user account as it is the default admin account for the Service Desk application. Deleting or marking the account as inactive may hamper the product functionality.
