VSE Docker image shows RequestDataManagerProtocolHandler class missing when deploying VS

Issue/Introduction

Workstation DevTest version: 10.5
Docker Images of Registry, VSE, ED, IAM: 10.5

When trying to deploy a Virtual Service from the Workstation to a VSE Docker image, the following error comes up:

The VSE system cannot find a class required by the VS model. Please make sure the com.itko.lisa.vse.stateful.common.datahandler.RequestDataManagerProtocolHandler class is available on the VSE server (maybe by dropping a jar in the hotDeploy directory for the VSE server).

Cause

Some required files are missing from the VSE Docker image.

Resolution

Re-build the VSE Docker image with missing typemap-svce.properties and typemap.properties files to resolve this error.
