Issue/Introduction

How can the default color be changed or configured for the creation of new artifacts and objects? 

Resolution

Creating an artifact specific template with the desired fields and color would be the way to accomplish this.  The template can then be made visible as well as the default either for the user, the project or workspace, depending on who creates the template and their permissions.
