Input Type / Charge Codes are blank on some Timesheets

After adding the Charge code / Input Type column to timesheets, some are blank on timesheets
They show up for some resources' timesheets, while other resources assigned to the same tasks don't have them displayed
This can happen if the timesheets were imported from a third party tool into Clarity PPM.

Check to see if the resource's with issues are creating their timesheets via Clarity PPM.
If a third party tool such as Sharepoint is used, this can cause the issue.
Unfortunately Sharepoint is no longer supported with Clarity PPM starting as of May 2019
