Issue/Introduction

Earliest Start time within the Automic Web Interface AWI does not properly reflect the timezone.

To replicate:

1.) Make sure your client has a timezone (TZ.PST)
2.) Create a JOBP
3.) Add a OS job (windows - dir) 2 times
4.) On the second job from the JOBP go to properties / time & dependencies. Set an earliest start time of 2 PM and set a timezone (TZ.PST).
5.) Run the JOBP
6.) Open the monitor, mouse over the second job. Note the EAT and EST
7.) Cancel the JOBP, change the timezone (not the time) in step 4
8.) Run the JOBP
9.) Open the monitor, mouse over the second job. Note the EAT and EST

Environment

Release : 12.3

Component : AUTOMIC WEB INTERFACE

Cause

This is due to a calculation error in regards to timezones.

Resolution
