Issue/Introduction

Flowdock: User receiving "company x has reached add-on user limit, cannot add user to organization".  

Cause

This can occur if the user signs up without authenticating to Rally.

Resolution

To connect your existing Flowdock account to Rally use the following steps:

  1. Log in to CA Flowdock using the existing credentials. If you don't recall your password go to https://www.flowdock.com/reset/new to (re)set your password
  2. In a browser window navigate to https://www.flowdock.com/account/login_settings and scroll to the "One-Click Login" section
  3. If there is a red button called "Connect To Rally" skip to step 5.
  4. If there is a red button called "Disconnect From Rally", select the button "Disconnect from Rally" button to remove the existing connection, then refresh the page. Proceed with next step.
  5. Use the Button "Connect to Rally" and follow the steps listed there
