Logout option missing in Custom Phoenix Theme post upgrade

Issue/Introduction

The logout link is missing for Clarity PPM if using a custom Phoenix theme

Environment

Release : All Supported Releases

Component : CA PPM SAAS INSTALLATION AND UPGRADE

Resolution

• If you are using a custom Phoenix theme, try the out of the box Phoenix theme and see if it works there.
• If yes, this would require an update from the creator of the custom UI theme to get the logout to display correctly post upgrade.
