What rights are needed to make rest API calls

Issue/Introduction

Is there a document present for the api for alarms. 

Can we grant any other privilege to user to access below console.

Release: UIM 20.X and above
Component: webservices REST / UIMAPI

Resolution

Currently in order to access the web services REST API a user is required to have multiple different ACL.

The base one is web service ACL.

Depending on the call there are other permissions required.

You can review the webservices Rest documentation for the calls as to what permissions are required.
