Issue/Introduction

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 
1. Create Cost Plan where variance (negative) is greater than 6 characters with at least 2 decimals 
2. Run Load Data Warehouse job 
3. Run Financial Capitalization Detail Report 
 
Expected Results: The report should display data that matches the Cost Plan as displayed in Clarity. 
Actual Results: The report is cutting off decimals. 

Workaround: None.
