Issue/Introduction

When attempting to install the Microsoft Project (MSP) new driver, receive the below error:

Access Denied error: <user> is not authorized to execute MSPSETUP.EXE

Environment

Release : All Supported Releases

Component : CA PPM SAAS MICROSOFT PROJECT (MSP)

Cause

This is due to a restriction on the workstation

Resolution

Reach out to your GIS team to assist with granting access to run the exe.
